A Little Bit About Me
اسلام علیکم

I am Umer, Born in Karachi, Pakistan and Raised in U.S.A Houston, Texas. I am a Graduate of University of Houston, i did my Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing.

Currently i am perusing full time Dars-e-Nizami (Islamic Aalim course) / (certification for being Islamic Scholar). I have completed Half my Course, and one more Year is left. I am an Imam as well.

In past i have memorized 5 1/2 Juz from the Qur'an (during my High School Years) and plan on finishing one day. Mean while with my Aalim studies i do Imamat in the evening.

To be Honest i have been considering Marriage for a certain amount of time now as i am not in favor of pre-marital relationships. Rather i prefer finding a match for myself with whom i can spend rest of my life. On top of the that the most important reason is to fulfill the Sunnah.

I don't expect my wife to be Perfect and nor do i want her to think of me as Perfect, but i am a Sincere and Honest person. We all make mistakes and i want someone to give me respect like i will to her. And always forgive each other for mistakes.

I am pretty chilled and relaxed person.I like to be around smiling and enjoying people. And my preference is good environment. I don't like to argue or fight. In fact when i get into an argument i just typically can't function right for a while afterwards. Therefore i like to adjust arguments on the spot.

- I love Nature (Birds, Sea/Ocean, Trees, Hills, Mountains etc). With that being said i like camping and going to park.

- I like playing sports, though i am not good at it. But Cricket and Tennis are on top of my list with the purpose of excersice and staying healthy.

- I am a seeker of Islamic Knowledge and love to be around people who possess Islamic knowledge.

- Practicing or striving to be Practicing.
- Traditional Sunni Muslim Celebrates Milaad or Does not celeberate but does not point fingers on others.
- Who Prays five times a days or at least strives for it.
- Interested in learning Islam in detail
- Interested in Learning Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, Fus'ha Arabic and other Islamic Knowledge.
- Ok with a Husband who is Practicing.
-Ok with a Husband who is learning with Islamic Scholars.
- It is alright for her to live in the same house with Husband's Parents.
- Loves children.
-Takes Hijab or in the future plans to take hijab or at least minimally accepts this is an obligation though not practicing.

I understand these conditions are a long list, and one might not completely fall under these conditions. However if one is following under most or some of these conditions or is considering acceptance of these norms than I might be the right person you are looking for.
