A Little Bit About Me
AlSalam Alikum
I would say that I'm a God fearing, smart & caring person. I truly enjoy deep and meaningful conversations, I thrive on them...I tend to question what most people take for grated! so if you are one of those people who likes to look at things from a different prospective/angle, you might very much enjoy my company… One of my favorite subjects is discussions around our beloved religion and how we relate to it…I like to go beyond what traditionally been taught to us as the ‘’WAY'' to view things inside the religion to dig a little deeper and get to the true reason behind doing things as intebded by Allah SWT …luckily our religion encourages us to use reason as well as our hearts in building and strengthening our faith (note that Islam is the common denominator between all of us Muslims, however, faith is an individually live experience) … I don’t subscribe/limit to specific school of thought within the the 4-Sunni denominations, however, I’m fascinated with the Sufis and their concept of Love towards Allah SWT and the prophet P.B.U.H….(take Rumi for example)… I'm totally excited to see how much I can contribute to my partner’s understanding of the religion and visa versa, I view this as a lifetime partnership toward the hereafter...
Instinctively, I tend to take great care of my significant other and instinctively do the little things that makes huge difference in a romantic relationship! I definitely know my good/bad traits (it took me a while to get here…)... certainly I did/do invest a lot in dealing with my own baggage...so others don't have to deal with them.
Just like most people, I love reading, I meditate, do enjoy photography, theater, traveling (been to lots of parts of the world), I speak 4 languages (Arabic, English, Spanish and French (still taking french lessons), I do go to the gym on a regular basis....I do travel internaltionally for both pleasure and work (so I would appreciate the company of my significant other one day inshaAllah)...definitely would love to be with someone who loves to do charity work...
Important Note: I do travel back and forth between Portland, Oregon and Guadalajara, Mexico due to my work...however, willing to relocate Insha'Allah once I have a potential/serious partner, and hoping that you maybe willing to consider the same :)

In general, I'm looking for Someone who's God fearing [very important to me], who strives to improve their faith [faith leads your heart to be tender and soft towards all beings], good soul with great sense of humor (funny is very attractive to me), adventurous, playful, smart, honest (knows their bad/good traits), loving, willing to do the necessary work to have a great relationship. Partnership/marriage, requires investment in terms of time, deep commitment to work on ourselves both individually and collectively, willingness to listen with interest and grow as a result of our experiences. Someone who wants to have a family with kids iA... in summary, I honestly don't see myself with someone whom their faith have NOT changed them for the better... totally understand that each at their own pace. hence having a good-hearted God-fearing wife is a MUST. I understand that most women would like to be approached first (I can understand that), but if what you have read about me interests you, please let me know somehow, and will take it from there... we should not be penalized for ME not finding you first... :)
