A Little Bit About Me
Salaam,

It's very hard writing about myself; I really don't know where to begin without sounding boring or way too exciting. So I am going to keep it simple and honest. My friends describe me as loyal, sweet and caring. They also say I'm a little crazy (in a good way I hope!). I enjoy eating out and discovering new places to see and visit. I'm very easy going when meeting new people and making new acquaintances. I am at my best when socialising with friends and family. I like the basics of life such as movies, reading and listening to music but my greatest passion is shoe shopping (I'm joking!).

I am a family orientated girl who is a traditionalist at heart. I believe I have a great balance of eastern and western customs. A teaching, which has been given to me by my typical middle class Bengali parents. I come from a big extended family; I don't know where I would be without them. I try to spend much time as possible with them; even then my granny complains that she hardly sees me. But I suspect that has more to do with her bad eyesight.

I always strive to be a good Muslim. I do fast, pray and give zakat. However, I know in my heart I have a long way to go. It is a journey I will embrace with time and with the right guidance.

In all honesty I really cannot say until I have met the person. However, there are basic qualities that do matter to me such as; confidence, intellect, charisma and a real zest for life. As for attraction, that is a personal choice that cannot be described but can only be felt.
