A Little Bit About Me
A little about me:
- divorced at very young age (arranged marriage)
- open minded, respectful, sincere
- friends/family say I am:
- smiling bubbly/laugh to much;
- tuff as nails/soft hearted;
- Inquisitive/debator no actually my family would defo say argumentative
- Good listener/Chup ney kardi unless I'm angry then I retreat in my head and my fam knows this, funny thing is back in the day I’d show my anger and make it aware why Im angry but honestly Im not that close to them anymore n I try to change this but at times it can feel very one sided and I want a partner that would assist with this, support me by being my strength in this matter.

I do not have kids but would like them after a true bond has formed. By this I mean I want my partner in life to be my best friend, my confidant, when with him I can be myself true self like saying what’s in my head without 2nd guessing it and asking is it appropriate to say, will they like it, will they think I'm stupid n worst of all will they judge me.
I am independent, I work full time 4on 4off shifts as Transport Assistant not the most glamorous job I have had but I enjoy it & I don’t bring work stress home at all.
I drive and if I must admit my fave pass time is just blasting sum tunes n hitting the road with no actual destination I'm fortunate Im surrounded by scenic routes. I can’t swim to save my life n its weird but I lov being around water: watching the waves, or a riverbank or a reservoir u can walk round; I find it very relaxing.
I’m normal I work pay my bills meet my friends for coffee or food, cinema wherever we end up, when our days off align. I’m boring as well more due to financial restrictions than anything else, I like colouring, playing PS, going for drives/walks, I’d love to be able to do so many things but we can’t always get what we want especially when it comes to hobbies or socialising more.
I’m a bit a Amazon nut I don’t shop like a crazy woman in a sale but its my go to for pretty much anything I need. I do enjoy shopping like any female but I do not like window shopping I’d rather do something else anything else. I only really go into Manchester/Trafford once a year if Im lucky never during sales I’d rather spend full price n save for a year than deal with crazy people shopping in sales.

I’m not the muslim woman I truly want to be or had ever hoped to be. I read Fajr & Yasin surat to start or end my day with depending on whether I’m working nights or days. On my days off I do attempt to increase my knowledge but with very little progress.
I am looking for a partner who will one day take the journey with me, in increasing our understanding of Islam and in turn become a better version of ourselves.
Many people will not understand this but sometimes when ur independent and female you have to show you can handle anything and your not a sweet lil muslim woman who can on many occasions become a target for haters. So I wear my armour n I’v worn it for a very long time sadly, so my defences do tend to be on the highest of alerts not intentionally its like reflexes and it bugs me as well 🤓

I am looking for love, friendship because without friendship there can not be love. I want someone who is easy going and is willing to take the true journey towards Islam together. I am looking for the one who can make me smile when Im down. I value personality but we have to clic. I want a man who is honest genuine and who will support me in life as I will support him. I believe Allah (subhanallah) has a plan for us all and I believe with the right partner together we can and will achieve anything.
