A Little Bit About Me
Didn't realise how hard it'd be to actually write a few lines about myself until now! So the genius that I am, thought a good starting point would be to ask my close friends what words came to mind when describing me. Some of what follows are words/phrases that others had to say....I'm a lively and gregarious person who likes to have a laugh and not take life too seriously. I am able to interact with people from different age groups. I'm genuine, bubbly, a good listener and a loyal person. I am close to my family and believe that without them I'd be lost...well most of the time!

I've been raised with good Islamic values and try to stay within the boundaries of our faith and aspire to learn more about Islam. I maintain a halaal/healthy lifestyle. I'm an open and honest individual - well spoken/well mannered. I know there are failings in my character and knowledge that I hope to overcome, but who doesn't? It's recognising these flaws and doing something about them that makes you a better individual.

I love my friends and enjoy spending time with them and having a good laugh. Whether it's just simply going for a movie or then arranging an evening of catching up with friends for a meal. I also enjoy reading, both fiction and non-fiction when time permits! I am good fun and laid back - but why not take the plunge and find out for yourself?!

What I Am Looking For
I don't ask for much really....I'm looking for honesty, compatibility, someone who is open minded, who has a caring and honest disposition and not judgmental - a bit like me really! I'm in search for someone who brings out the better qualities in me and me in them. Also someone who will accept me for who I am and not try to change me. A good personlaity is a must, along with a good sense of humour. An individual who has good family values and endeavours to embrace Islam in their lives is important. If you can make me laugh then that's an amazing start - there are too many things in life to be getting down about as it is. So if you have a similar outlook to life who knows....
