A Little Bit About Me
A friend introduced me to this site so I thought I would give it a try, so here are some basics about me:

I really enjoy being involved in my community. I work in public policy for an environmental nonprofit but also stay busy by advocating for women's rights, environmental justice, literacy issues, and voter mobilization.

In my spare time, I love to read and travel. I've been to Europe with my family and hopped around some places in the US. My favorite place to visit was Prague. I love spending time with my grandmother and our cat! I stay active by practicing yoga and can shovel my way out of a snowstorm which has really come in handy lately! I also love to watch independent films and the show Friday Night Lights, so feel free to reach out just to talk about that! No spoilers!
