Assalaamu alaykum,

Alhamdulillah Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has blessed her with so much. She has been practicing the deen for a number of years. She follows hanafi fiqh and places a strong emphasis not only on the outward but also on the inward. She enjoys seeking 'Ilm and has recently returned from Yemen. Previously, she has studied tajweed, fiqh, seerah, hadith and tazkiyyah as well as attending short courses and gatherings of remembrance. In terms of secular studies she has studied Business Administration, Business Management and Social Sciences.

She loves being outdoors and home educating her beautiful four year old son. She takes her role very seriously and sees home education as an extension of being a mother. She is very passionate about it! She also like horse riding, going for long walks, archery, swimming, baking and cooking. She enjoys reading works by Imam Ghazali and Imam Al Haddad, amongst others.

As a wife, I feel that she can offer love, warmth, compassion and hope that inshaAllah she can be a coolness to her husband's eyes. She strongly agrees with the principles of 'The Surrendered Wife' and understands that her husband would be the leader of their house. She would support him in fulfilling this role inshaAllah.

Someone who follows one school of fiqh and takes his knowledge from Scholars whose chain of transmission goes back to our Beloved Nabi salAllahu alayhi wa sallam. Someone intelligent and articulate yet humble and modest.

She does not own a TV but she enjoys watching the odd educational documentary. She likes to live a natural holistic lifestyle (which includes eating organic, fresh produce as well as steering clear of chemical infested items, etc.). So, she is looking for someone who will agree with these principles and will be happy to join them in living this way inshaAllah.
