A Little Bit About Me
I graduated from university a year ago and am now on my own and looking to find someone special. I want someone to take care of, and since Islam is important to me, I'd like her to be a Muslim!

Anyway, I love to have deep conversations, though at the same time I like to keep things light and fun. Thrilling adventures are also my thing -- in the last month I've gone skydiving and explored two (supposedly) haunted sites in Connecticut!
Apparently I'm supposed to have been cursed just for entering, but nothing has happened to me yet (and inshaAllah nothing will!)

Here�s a laundry list of what I enjoy: visiting new places, reading everything from Islamic books to fiction to history to philosophy, watching shows and movies, and just spending time with those I care about. I�m also an activist, and put a lot of time and effort during my college years advocating for Muslims, by writing for the school paper, lecturing, and working for groups like MSA and the Campus Anti-War Network.

I'm both a fiction writer and an analyst at a consulting firm. I take both my jobs seriously, and put in the time and effort to make them work. I finished writing my first novel a few months ago and am quite proud of that. I'm really passionate about storytelling, and whenever I read a novel or watch a movie/tv-show, I love to dissect what makes it work. So if you're someone who loves to talk about what you watched last night and why it's so awesome, I will listen to you all day!
