A Little Bit About Me
I am a young muslima living in Florida.I moved here 6moths ago form NY. Before leaving NY I asked myself what is it that I want to gain from this move and I knew I wanted to get closer to Allah and I have,but it didnt happen in ways that I could have ever imagined but throughout this journey I have learned to trust in Allah whole heartedly and that all things are with Allah ,not that this was new information to me but to consisitanly see how Allah moves us and others to make the seemingly imposible possible has moved me to the point where i can no longer entertain doubt, it is as if i have new eyes new ears a new since of smell like my senses have been twirked I say this becasue I know Allah has been there all my life but I've never SEEN him as much as I do now.
I have never been married but I've longed for marriage for some time wanting it to be a quick fix to my feelings of discontentment .I believe I was searching for things I wanted for myself in another person I have now began to settle those feeling within myself by becoming more aware of my inner being and staying connected to a higher level of consiousness. In the process of finding what I am passionate about I found myself returning to the same place but ingnoring it figuring passion was a hobbie, a job or career type, or some great skill I posessed today I must admit I am passionate about Islam and being muslim that is the only thing I could see myself doing day in and day out without getting tired of without getting paid for or without feeling like there is something else I am suppoosed to be doing. I am not a perfect muslim I make my obligatory prayers but I am searching for knowledge and total submission there is alot I dont know but I feel in my heart, it is pulling me closer to the truth every second. I want my husband to be one of my greatest teachers. I want my whole life to revolve around worship .I want my work to be my worship. I want school to be my worship I want my thoughts to be thoughts of worship in the end I want a righteous companion to do all this with to remind eachother of the truth and be of good guidance, and character to one another
