A Little Bit About Me
I grew up way too fast, perhaps for my own good. Of course there's always people out there who've had it much worse, but I've had a fairly difficult life in many respects so a lot of social institutions and dogmatic cultural practices are rather strange to me, reflecting the weird insecurities and neurotic tendencies of humans and the human condition. I'm not exactly someone who identifies with any any group of any kind (national, cultural, ethnic, and yes... even religious), and to be honest prefer not to as I'm secure about my self worth as a person and don't need to feel like a member of any type of heard to define myself as person. I have a keen interest in intellectual pursuits, anything that stimulates my mind from politics (you know, that disingenuous game 90% of people think is real) to philosophy. I have been described as a far left radical and even a conspiracy nut, although I don't identify with any labels. I love Kung Fu and martial arts, and hope to be more disciplined about my practice. Art is another one of my passions, music in particular although I don't really get much time for it. My current musical preference is EDM (Electronic Dance Music), House, Tech House, Progressive House, and Techno to be specific. Some say, "Laughter is the best medicine." I'm not entirely sure about that but humor certainly helps staying sane and making life more tolerable :D.
I've grown up exposed to multiple cultures, speaking multiple languages so I'm not particularly fond of separatist identities that have nothing to do with right or wrong, or anything universally human. I guess I'd describe my "innate" 'social personality' as being outgoing and social... but... due to learning many things about people at a really early age, I can't say I'm terribly interested in most people or having extensive contact with them. No, I'm not a complete freak, I just prefer to have a few good friends I can trust and one soul mate I can share my entire being with, a partner and a best friend.
I'm probably not the most religious or practicing muslim in certain respects, although this certainly isn't something I'm proud of and would love to be with a woman that would inspire me to be better Muslim for her (and in the future, for the kids, that's kind of a must imo), myself, and Allah. Sometimes it takes love to strengthen your psyche and your faith. I'm not perfect, but my faith is unshakable. I try my best not to judge others, and it's even harder not to judge myself.
I would probably best be described as a freak... the only thing that validating my sanity :). j/k

What I Am Looking For
A genuine and compatible soul. I don't care what your background is as long as you're interested in real commitment and truly loving one person for the rest of your life. You don't find true love, you create it. Relationships, of any type, require work and compromise to maintain... and that is in a part a manifestation of your love, the willingness to sacrifice for another, understand, and communicate (though not to any ridiculous or unreasonable degree of course :P ).
