A Little Bit About Me
Asalamu Alaykum,

I am the eldest of 3 siblings Alhamdulilah.
I'm very blessed with a large extended family so there is always a gathering to look forward to Alhamdulilah.

I consider myself to be caring, compassionate and an emotionally resilient individual.

I believe that marriage is team work. To be vulnerable with each other and support one another. To accept those imperfections and love that person for who they are.

I work as a neonatal intensive care nurse and I absolutely love what I do Alhamdulilah ❤
It certainly makes me appreciate the small things in life.

I like making plans with friends and family however, I do like spontaneity as it certainly makes life fun!

I'm very much pro spirituality. I try to attend Mawlids and other gatherings of remembrance.
I follow the Hanafi school of thought but I don't follow a particular tariqa.

I love to travel. I have attended Islamic retreats abroad and in the UK.

I love nature. There is just something about being outdoors. It definitely brings a sense of calmness to the soul.

I am health conscious. I try to have a balanced diet.

Love going out for a good brunch any day of the week but will also happily meet up with a friend for a late night catch up and some coffee.

I consider myself to be a practising Muslim but I do come from a liberal family. I have traditional values but I wouldn't consider myself to be very cultural minded. Therefore I know I wouldn't suit a family with strong cultural values.
