A Little Bit About Me
As salaam alaikum. It's very hard trying to sum up a bio of myself on such sites. However this seems to be the direction that many people are going in, so we shall see. I would say I'm a laid back individual, I enjoy the simplest things in life. I work in the mental health field, it's challenging at times but alhumdulillah I love the work that I do. I have a degree in Health Care Management. I'm into staying healthy and keeping fit because I believe that's key. As my late father would tell me, "your body is your vehicle you must put the right fuel into it if you want to go far."

I would consider myself an humanitarian, so I would really like someone with a similar drive in that aspect. I'm silly at times, sensitive (as most women are), fun, I love to read books, love a good movie every now and then, and I love nature but just not bugs lol.

What I Am Looking For
I would like someone who strives to be a practicing Muslim. And who tries to implement Quran and Sunna into his and his family daily lives and who can also have a good time (in a halal way of course, lol). I'm open to different cultures(for my grandfather is of Sri Lankan decent on my fathers side), however, if your culture overrides Islam, then that's where I believe the line needs to be drawn. Racism nor prejudices are non-existing in this religion, so if these are traits that you harbor within then please don't contact me. If you don't pray five times a day, I pray that Allah makes it easy for you but for me, that's a deal breaker. I promise you that I'm far from perfect but that's something I can never go without doing.
