I like to see myself as a work in progress. I love to grow and learn from my experiences and that of others. I am always parched for knowledge. I feel that when I know more, I can do more.

I find travelling to be such a freeing experience. Discovering places you've never been to, meeting people for the first time and just simply being able to revel in the beauty of Allah's creation.

On being a woman, I enjoy cooking and experimenting, so my future husband (in shaa Allah) would never have to worry about boring meals every day. =P My most delish and unique dishes came about through my experiments, I think this is a reflection of my personality. I guess the thought of coming up with something no one else has ever tasted excites me and the delish part is the bonus, e.g., my chicken in carrot sauce recipe, it’s tasty and really healthy! =)

I love family and I adore babies (ever since I could remember). I love hugs and displays of affection among relatives--I believe it's the best way to express your feelings. My grandma (may Allah bless her soul) raised me with such loving and comforting hugs, so I want to do the same for my future family, in shaa Allah. =)

I love laughter and people giving me a reason to smile. For me having people around you who have a great but tasteful sense of humour is a gift of life. =)

Conversations-- I so enjoy them especially with people I have a cerebral chemistry with. To me this is more important than physical attractiveness. Looks? It fades. Good conversations? It’s for a lifetime.

Above everything else, I LOVE my being a Muslim; I thank Allah (SWT) for this every day. I try to be a good one but I think I can do better, so I definitely want someone who can help me strengthen my DEEN as I will also try to fortify his.

I guess what I am looking for is the male version of me, just take out all the femininity. =P Seriously, someone who embodies the qualities of a good Muslim, a man who looks up to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as his role model.

I like caring and thoughtful guys. I like the kind that prioritizes his family over friends but is also very helpful towards others and shares what he has to benefit those in need.

I want a life-long partner who will help me find happiness in this world and more importantly, in the hereafter. I know you are out there somewhere and I pray Allah (SWT) will guide you to me in the nearest future. =)
