A Little Bit About Me
My family originates from a Indian background migrated to Bengal 1n 1800 A.D know as nawab of Bengal. We are laid back and normal. I had born in Pakistan, but at the age of 16 years moves to live in Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Hong Kong, United Arab emirates.

I LOVE travelling and make regular trips abroad. I have most eastern Europeans, western European, North African, Middle East, south east and Fareast countries. I did had opportunity to visit Makkah and medina and to perform Hajj and umerah.
I'm not a materialistic person.

I've been very lucky to see both ends of the spectrum, I've seen much poverty and extreme wealth, so I do have a sense of what goes on and count my blessings every day. It has also given me further appreciation of our dean and the beauty Allah has created for us to see!

I am not sheltered, spoilt or arrogant. I am conservative in my views. Just because we live in the west, doesn't mean that being 'modern' means to show as much skin as you can.

I think, to be a good Muslim, we must first try to be a good human being, and I like to think that I do try to better myself. I have put 'somewhat religious' as how does one define what religious banner you fit under?! I don't fit in under any sect. I try to perfect and perform the bare basics consistently. Those actions that are consistent are valued most. Why run before you can walk eh?

In terms of my values, I can describe that in 2 word. I am a very family orientated individual and this comes first before anything else (apart from our deen) followed by good health. I am not wasteful in what seems to be such a self-indulgent, mass-consuming world. I will only put on my plate what I can eat. i can't justify buying an something overly priced just because they have a label on it, when I realistically know that amount of money can feed a whole family comfortably for a month.
