A Little Bit About Me
In the name of Allah The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

Asalam Aleikum Wa Rehamtulahi Wa Barakatuhu

Since Allah subhana wa taala helps those who help themselves, i decided to register on this site to find out if this is the means in which the one who is written for me by the Almighty will be guided to me, and me to him inshaAllah.

I started practising a couple of years ago. I felt empty within and realised it was the lack of deen that led to that feeling. Alhumdulilah i read up about islam, Quran and Hadith and i havent looked back ever since. I still have a long way to go and everyday is a personal struggle to stick to the right path by overcoming the whispers of shaitan. May Allah subahna wa taala give all of us the strength to stick to the right, guided path ameen!.


Allah subhana wa taala judges us on our intentions - i come here with the purest of intention and honesty and i pray the same goes for you inshaAllah.

I am a modest, laid back and calm muslimah. I believe i am accountable for all my actions, and for this reason i try and fill my days with words of kindess to others. In 30 years of my life i have learnt to be patient with others, keep my calm in situations that test my patience and to smile at times of hardship.

I often find that many people have a misconception about girls who practise islam. Perhaps we are looked at as people who just want to sit at home and be tied to the kitchen sink after marriage because of the fact we practise and we know our duties to our husband comes first. However all duties can be fulfilled at the same time as having a career and enjoying other interests in life. The muslimah is a trendy, confident, open minded girl who has a career and is out there with the rest of the world earning a living, at the same time modest, radiating haya and respect alhumdulilah.

In my free time i meet up with my muslimah friends and we usually go to the cinema, shopping or eat out. I am a great cook i can make various types of dishes. I do enjoy spending time at home however when i have days off i try and fill my time with productive things to do.

I have worked very hard to get to this stage where i have incorporated a very small amount of deen in my life, it has taken alot of dicipline. Hence i only want to move forward by implementing more of the Quraan and Sunaah in my life. At the same time make the most of this beautiful life Allah subhana wa taala has blessed us with. Thats why i am here, looking for my guide, friend and companion who wants the fill the same void as i do.

Lastly i pray that the Almighty, The Wise, The Gracious, guides us to who is right for our duniya and akhira and make it easy for us to enter into a pure marriage with them at the same time keeping us away from those who are not right for our duniya and akhira and for whom we are not right.
