A Little Bit About Me

Feel like I'm 24.... act like I'm 34.... look like I'm 44.... but dammit, my Hearts says I'm 44 ----- (Yes - 44... Am new on this site,I'm going to give it a try for awhile with the hope that I will get a little more interest from those within my age preference range rather than from those beyond it and can still go ahead with those who are older as well,Love dont believe in age.... I hope you understand... and I promise - the rest of my profile is accurate and I hope you'll read on... ) OK - now that that's out of my system, let me continue by saying that I consider myself a sincere, easy-going, and fun-loving guy and it doesn't take much to make me happy... I tend to be a very low maintenance person who is just as content with take out or a hot dog at a ballgame and Am into Road constructing. My interests are diverse and I like a little bit of everything... long drives (with or without a final destination in mind), movies, people-watching and walking around NYC, Yankee and Jets games, shopping,camping,gardening,fishing,cinemas,museums,beach fun with kids and quiet dinners, or just hanging out. I enjoy traveling and I have a lifelong love of the ocean... I find the warmth, smell, and that incredible feeling you get knowing that you're near the beach to be exhilarating. Professionally, I am very successful and accomplished in my field... but at the same time, I manage to remain true to my casual personality (I prefer jeans to dressy) and . I have a particular weakness for home-made chocolate chip cookies and ice cream, and despite much recent practice, I have still failed to master the proper folding of the Queen-size fitted sheet. I am definitely young-at-heart and look younger than my age... most people can't believe I have two sons both are my love and life who I am incredibly proud of. Friends say that I have the energy of a kid and often act like one... most intend it as a compliment --- others... oh well.... I think that if you asked my friends, they'd tell you that I am kind, warm, and considerate... that I'm funny, but responsible... and that I'm good-natured, easy-going and down-to-earth - I'm looking for the same. I'm looking for a woman who still has lots of "girl" left in her... someone who loves to smile, laugh, have fun, and maybe even has a touch of irreverent goofiness in her... someone who doesn't take life too seriously and won't mind my somewhat, off-key singing in the car... someone who believes that the best is yet to be... and yes, someone who believes in "happily ever after"....
