A Little Bit About Me
Am good looking, moderately conservative, intellectual & compassionate. I've been told I have a good sense of humor. Am ambitious, but wouldn't let that hijack my personal life -- I believe that family comes first, and everything else takes second place. I consider myself romantic and would devote a lot of time to my wife (and family), to show her that she means a lot to me.
Am open to meeting a Muslim of any ethnicity if there is resonance and compatibility -- afterall, adaptability and understanding are crucial to a marriage. I certainly don't want to pigeonhole people, but rather keep an open mind since life is short and not everything is in our control. I have no reservations with my wife wearing the Hijab either.
My interests include music, movies, working out and sight-seeing/travel. I also want to learn the Arabic language soon with the goal of appreciating my religion better. I have an artistic bent of mind as well, and am interested in Music composition (at an amateur level right now). I can play, to a passable extent, the guitar, drums and keyboard, but my passion is with drums and percussion. Such forms of artistic expression are what I hope to be more involved in, in the future ... whether it be solely for my wife, or with an added professional goal.
Am originally from India & spent my childhood in a small place called Goa. It is known for its sandy white beaches, palm trees, colorful history & culture, & its fun loving & friendly people. I spent my teenage years in Qatar, & then moved to the USA when I was 18 yrs old, to study. Have been in the USA ever since, though may move to other parts of the world in my quest for knowledge, partnership, personal development, better career opportunities and most importantly, a good family life.

What I Am Looking For
I seek a partner who is moderate/conservative in her demeanor/lifestyle/beliefs & is family oriented & whom I can connect with emotionally. She should have strong character/principles, compassion, affection, sweetness, shyness/modesty, cheerfulness & maturity. It is also very important to me that we love, respect and care for each other's parents like they were our own.
I seek someone to share the ups and downs of life (and everything in between) with. It is important to me that my spouse and myself do *not* lead independent lives, but rather, work as a team and give each other company in pretty much all that life has to offer. It would be an ideal marriage, in my eyes, if we were each other's best friends as well.
