A Little Bit About Me
I am a young African-American muslim doing my best to achieve an ideal balance of academic and Islamic knowledge. I am the oldest of a large immediate family (+10 siblings!) that practices Traditional Islam.

Fun fact: Most of my family are Shafi', but I'm learning Maliki fiqh!

I enjoy gardening (plan on building a new garden soon enough), going on hikes, playing video games (Who doesn't these days?) and just having fun.

At this moment in time I am both working full time and a full-time student. I am Desktop Support Engineer, and majoring in Information Systems Security. That said, I'm currently living with family. I plan on graduating Spring/Summer-ish 2018, insha-Allah.

As far-fetched as this may seem, I aspire to become a 'millionaire'. I want to produce enough funds insha-Allah so that me and my future-wife and family will not have to worry financially.

I experienced how stressful it can be, so I want to obtain a good education, and many certificates in the IT field to get better salaries. I'd want to make enough funds to not just provide for me and my family, but to give sadaqa to others who are struggling insha-Allah.
