A Little Bit About Me
I am of mixed background born to a Pakistani father and Japanese mother in Tokyo. I am an only child, attended an international school in Japan, and was raised a Muslim. My parents took me to
Pakistan every year to learn the language and meet relatives, but I have never lived there. I wanted to work to be of help to others, so after high school, I did my degree in psychology in Canada.

I’m a big believer in digging deep to discover what truly makes you happy and embracing it. It’s why I’ll encourage you to go for your dreams. Or be enthusiastic about a spontaneous day trip to see unexplored parts of rural Tokyo and a a last-minute detour that delights us. I’m an altruistic, glass-half-full type with a fun-loving spirit and desire to help others less privileged and I’ll inspire you to care about personal development.

I read, watch movies and dramas in my free time, journal, meditate and work with a coach to organize my thoughts and maintain my condition. I also have been working with an online personal trainer. I like Japanese comedy as well as American sitcoms and standups, and enjoy documentaries. I have to say I am drawn to minority representation. As for music, I recently really like Fujii Kaze. I think my friends will say I am serious, hardworking and detailed.
