A Little Bit About Me
Aslam alakium,

I was born and raised in London, and I'm the eldest of three sisters and one brother. (None of whom are yet married). I am hardworking and like to be independent as much as possible, a caring and sensitive person with a warm and engaging personality. I am always willing to help others when and where I can, whether it be family or friends.

I have had a varied career working and volunteering for a number of organisations and industry sectors. I started working in the hospitality industry and then moved on to a number of different charitable companies.

I'm an entrepreneur who is at the early stages of starting my own events business, inshallah). I have a passion for organising events and making a difference for other disabled people through my work.

Some of my hobbies and interests are:

Keeping active through cycling, exercise, as well as socialising with friends and family members.

I love the opportunity to travel when I can.

Technology - Love keeping up with the latest gadgets and tech news. I'm the tech geek in the family. If anything goes wrong, I'm on call. :)

Property - Like to watch property shows and seeing how people renovate their dream homes.

I can cook a few delicious desi dishes which I learnt from a professional chef. My Butter Chicken in a Makhani sauce always goes down a treat, and if your into your desserts I can make a nice Kheer too. :)

If there is a dish that you like to eat I will make the effort to learn how to make it, just for you. :) Or we could do it together if you're up for being in the kitchen with me.

My friends say that I'm good company to be around and whoever chooses me as their partner will be lucky to have me. :)

What I Am Looking For
I'm hoping for that special someone, inshallah, to join me on my life's journey as we create it together with long-lasting memories, enjoy it, to last forever with health, love, happiness and success, Ameen.

Looking for someone from the UK. Someone I can connect with in all aspects of life, who is caring, kind, loyal, outgoing, supportive, trustworthy, honest and understanding with a sense of humour. Being supportive and caring means a lot to me.

Someone who is of similar age and not much older is preferred. I am very ambitious and still have a lot of things that I would like to achieve in life. If you can support me, I will do the same for you.

Most importantly look beyond my disability as it does not define me. I am capable of doing everyday household and personal tasks just like anybody else but there are some tasks that will take me a little longer and it's just a case of having to find solutions to overcome the barriers and make it that little bit easier.

Please don't let my disability put you off because it can happen to anyone at any time.

It will be a bonus if you can drive. I would love it if you could teach me so we can go on long drives and explore the beautiful sites and scenic views together.

Learning to drive has been one of my long term goals. (I have had lessons but I've not been able to get to the practical stage ).😟 Hopefully, one day, inshallah.

If your tall and athletic that would be an added bonus. I have a heart of gold so you will really have to convince me why you are the right person because trust is a big thing for me and takes time to build.
