A Little Bit About Me
Salam, I'm new to the online dating world so please be patient with me. I'm very passionate, honest and sensitive! A friend of mine convinced me to get online and now here I am. Although, an Islander who lives in California, I do enjoy fall weather, wearing coats, boots and hats! I am also willing to relocate inshAllah.

I'm a sucker for intelligent conversations. I love children and family is very important to me. I enjoy hiking, reading, beach walks, sunset jogs, most outdoor activities and traveling. I'm from an island so I do have a few tropical twists to me. Enjoy all types of music and learning more about my own faith. I am very involved in my community and used to be part of the public relations committee at the Islamic Institute of Orange County. I feel so blessed to live near a community that I love so much and enjoy praying Fajr at the mosque as often as I can.

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my niece. My world changed when I became an aunt for the first time almost two years ago! I don't have a problem with younger men because I am young at heart.

I graduated from California State Long Beach with a double major in Psychology and Political Science. During my undergraduate studies, I pursued a diploma in Montessori Education from Montessori Teacher Training Institute, Laguna Beach, MTTI. I have a certification from IAPM, International Association of Progressive Montessorians. I taught in Montessori schools for many years and enjoyed my experience tremendously. As I teach students, I realize, I am also learning something new from them everyday. I am also GATE (Gifted And Talented Education) certified from UCI, University of California, Irvine. Being a Montessori child myself, I have a great deal of respect for the method and a true passion for helping children.

I do believe you are what you eat, and how you dress! I believe maintaining good health and regular exercise is imperative for a well balanced life style and good character. I'm looking for a man I can perform hajj with and go jet skiing with as well. Not both at the same time, of course! Someone I can have fun with while strengthening each others Deen side by side.
