A Little Bit About Me
Once someone gets to know me, they usually say that I am different from what they expect. On the surface, I can be quiet and soft-spoken but once that layer is peeled off, a different side emerges *winks*. Originally Singaporean, educated in Singapore but have been working and living in Dubai and Oman. I am open minded and ready to try anything as long as I can keep to my principles as a muslimah. I enjoy being active; I either play football, swim or go for aerobics class at least thrice weekly. I love travelling and long drives; I have traveled to the UK (many times), US, France, India and other parts of the GCC, hoping to cover more countries in the future insha'Allah. I drive from Oman to Dubai almost every other month. Despite being self-sufficient and fairly independent, just like any other girl, I love to be pampered, cuddled and sprung with surprises every now and then, with the right person of course! I am quite a linguist as I speak fluent English, Malay, Arabic, understand quite fairly Mandarin, Tamil, Malayalam and can sing along to Hindi songs as if I know the language. My friends who are parents call me the 'child whisperer' and I have to admit that my current favourite pastime is goofing around with the children. That is probably why my marriage prospect has been bleak, every time I meet a potential match, the guy probably thinks I am the mother of the child I am with haha.
