I am a Pakistani American from Southern California- calm, sane and low-key; a bit adventurous with trying new thing, generally light-hearted, like to dig deep and prone to being lost in thought every now and then; love movies, books, fur babies, exploring and all about self-growth; love outdoor activities (especially running, hiking, trekking, kayaking) and am a bit of an avid reader; on a mission to re-learn spanish and trek through more of South America, and run a marathon.

I have an MD and a master's in bioinformatics from top universities, and work for the state of California as a senior-level scientist.

Animal welfare, women's rights, adab for everyone (regardless of religion. age, part of the LGBTQ+ community) are important to me.

I am a dog mom and love animals, advocate for higher education and public service, and am pretty independent and well-traveled.
