A Little Bit About Me
I am an educated, bubbly, effervescent, happy, I have an sarcastic(but not in a mean way) sense of humor meaning I'll catch you off guard with a sweet joke just to see if you're paying attention, practicing Muslim woman. I am looking for my soul-mate and best friend. I enjoy exercising(either at the gym or in Central Park), hanging out with my teenage son (who lives with me full time), laughing, taking long walks, reading religious books and non-religious books, attending my Mosque for Jummah prayer. Family is everything to me. I am a glass half full, educated, loving, happy, romantic, religious, practicing Muslim woman. Alhumdulia I took Shadada 15 years ago and Subhanna'Allah thanks to Allah(SWT) I was guided to the right path. Islam is everything for me, upon taking Shadada I did a 180 degree turn into the culture of Islam. My family and our home together is my whole world, this is the order in which my world encompasses Allah(SWT), Prophet Muhammad(PBUH), the Al h b(as), my husband, our children, our families. Our home is the soft place to land from the stresses of the day. Leave your troubles on our doorstep and open the door to a waiting smile, hugs and happiness at just the fact that you are home. My life Alhumdulia is filled with joy and wonderment at this amazingly life I have been granted by Allah(SWT). I am happy in my heart and it shows in everything that I gladly do for my family.
