A Little Bit About Me
I am a motivated muslimah who is active and enthusiastic about Daw'ah and community projects to help humanity.
I started to wear Hijab when I was 15 years old after having learnt more about Islam and discovering the beauty of our practical religion. I also now wear Jilbabs. I pray all 5 Salah on-time and alhumdulillah went on Hajj in 2013. I don't celebrate Milaad as I value religion over culture.
I love learning, eating out, meeting friends, cooking and attending Islamic lectures and sisters circles. I'm an outgoing bubbly person and can always fill silences!
I have a keen business mind which comes from my parents, who brought me up to believe that our own imagination is the only limit (other than the limits sent down by Allah swt) to what we can achieve with Allah's swt help.
What I Am Looking For
A best friend.
Someone who fears Allah in how he deals with people.
I'm driven and motivated and am looking for someone similar.
I don't want to have to nag my husband to get up for Fajr, he should be well accustomed to praying 5 a day.
Someone who isn't overbearing but realises the need for compromise in life. Because I hate fighting with anyone, let alone family!
Someone who will be a good Islamic role-model for our children inshaAllah.
My personal preference would be someone raised in the UK or has spent time here so that we have something in common.
Also please note that I would prefer not to live with in-laws as I'm quite independent... No I don't want to tear you far away from you mum! How about we live just round the corner instead?
It's not an outright no to living with in-laws for the right guy - if there was enough space to live comfortably I could compromise.
JazakAllah khair for reading my profile. May Allah (swt) help us all to find spouses with whom we can enter Jannah-al-Firdaus. Ameen
