A Little Bit About Me
Salaams...

Well here goes a little about me...like many of you on this site I thought its time to take my head out of the clouds and come back to 'reality'. I am forever hearing everyone I meet sounding very surprised with when I tell them I am single followed by the usual words 'I can't believe you havent been snapped up' as if I am something to eat.

So you ask what brings me to this site....despite having been lucky enough to have an absolutley amazing and beautiful family, a successful career, and having travelled extensively to some of the most breathtaking places in the world all for which I thank Allah swt for and for giving me more than I could ever wish for I still feel like something is missing. A 'soulmate', 'best friend, 'life partner' or however you wish to phrase it...I just havent come across that 'special' somebody who I can share the beauty of Allah creation whether it be on a white sandy beach, brazillian rain forest or sat infront of an open fire in a cabin.

My friends describe me as loyal, sensitive, passionate and a loving person who is also very cheeky and naughty at times. I am generally a very balanced person, independent and very confident. I am the optimist who can adapt to any situation, but I am also equally modest and very humble.

Islam is something which has always been very important to me. I dont believe there is anyone 'perfect' but I would prefer somebody who lives his life within the boundaries of islam and is moralistic and intends to learn and better themselves with their companion.

My friends would say that sometimes I can be quite a 'deep' of a person and I do appreciate the simple things in life. I cherish the memories and experiences which I believe are more valuable than wealth and material pleasures.

What am I looking for?

I am looking for a man with similar qualities to mine and more...someone who is charming, considerate, confident and honest. A man who is strong and sure of himself and knows what he wants in life. Someone who has ambition and successful in his own career and has drive. Someone who takes charge when needed and who is not afraid to take the lead.
