I adore reading, cooking up a storm, watching movies of all sorts. I have been a life-long learner on different foods and cultures. Am keenly interested in nutrition, meditation (it is not as boring as it sounds!) and holistic approaches in staying healthy. I enjoy visiting museums and restaurants and have traveled extensively.
