I hope to build a relationship based on trust and respect for the sake of Allah that we both refspect each others values, morals AND families. Someone who understands and wants to be with someone who realizes that it isn't always about leading a blissful happy life but to be grateful for every moment and being patient during trials.

I don't really know how to categorize myself in the subjective label of "how practicing" so, I would say I am 'moderate' as someone who tries to follow the middle path.
In terms of Islamic knowledge I lack so, I try to gain as much as possible from scholars / imams / sheikh who post on YouTube especially and mostly from Bayinnah , Zaytuna and Qalam
And read books that they have written or recommend
I really am all for holistic approach of Deen as Sheikh HamzaYusuf often talks about ... to me Deen isn't something you practice separate from your other daily tasks..

My family is from Pakistani background therefore would like someone who speaks at least conversational urdu.

When I ask for the involvement of parents please don't assume or get intimidated that it is serious (well, it is but...) I have a very open relationship with my mother and she is fully aware of the process/who I speak to. I believe firmly that even if it is at the very initial stages that you should at least inform one person in your family to avoid straying from the real purpose. Hoping you get my drift here 👍🏽
