A Little Bit About Me
My friends describe me as someone who is warm, affectionate, and intelligent. Initially I am shy but then very bubbly, outgoing, and fun once you know me. I am open minded and non cultural. I do not have a propensity or interest in desi culture. I love traveling, art, reading, and laughing. I also LOVE kids and want a big family inshAllah. I am looking for a husband that will be my best friend and soul mate... who isn't? :)

I am currently a graduate student pursuing a Masters in Public Health. After completing undergrad I began studying Islamic calligraphy in Istanbul, Turkey and received an Ijaza from prominent masters there.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, drawing, and cooking. I also enjoy traveling to new places and exploring different countries and cultures. Basically, I am up for experiencing new things and developing new interests. I am pretty diverse in my interests and tend to appreciate the finer things in life... for example laughing and conversing with close friends and a cup of tea :) Witty banter... Listening to the rain... Laying on a hammock... Star gazing... Enjoying the beach! I tend to cook healthy foods and eat healthy foods and actively work on a good body image. I do enjoy shopping and being pretty... but then I like my down time to read and relax at home.
