A Little Bit About Me
A little about me.. hmm.. I'll try to keep this succinct without stringing a line of adjectives together!

By the Mercy and Grace of Allah SWT I've been fortunate in life.

Just from the offset, I would like to say I am divorced and I have a daughter. I have a positive outlook and even though my marriage didn't work out, I believe there's always something to learn from life experiences.

I'd describe myself as someone who is working towards learning more about Islam and I endeavour to practice what I have learned. Allah has blessed with going for Hajj and Umrah. I like reading Islamic books, listening to lectures and try to attend classes when I can.

In terms of my personality I'd describe myself as calm, confident and articulate.
I've worked in a few different fields including Education, Media and now Tech.

Despite my calm nature, I do however enjoy the occasional adrenaline pumping activity. I've been sailing, rafting, scuba diving and abseiling and have my sights set on sky diving. If you have been, please let me know what I'm letting myself in for!

I love to travel and would love to visit South America to brush up on my Spanish skills.
