As salamu ‘alaykum y’all!
I would describe myself as a lighthearted girl who strives to be positive and content at all times. I take my deen seriously, however, I’m very nuanced. I’m constantly trying to grow spiritually, emotionally, intellectually & physically. Having that said, there’s never a dull moment with me and according to my non bias friends, I got jokes. Ok they didn’t say that but still.
I love travelling and going on adventures, especially if it involves seeking knowledge and spiritually uplifting experiences (such as the Rihla and Maqasid). I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out (I do kickboxing 🥊) and watching funny movies. When I want to relax after a long day, or while I’m driving home, I'll put on a nasheed or song and usually sing along or remix it with my own lyrics 😂. Otherwise, I love listening to podcasts! I'm also somewhat of a bookworm and enjoy the pursuit of knowledge... gotta keep that brain growingg.
I’m looking for someone who is passionate about the deen and is willing to learn with me (should pray 5x a day). And although I have a big sweet tooth, I would like someone who has an active lifestyle. Humour is huge for me so pls be funnyyy.
