A Little Bit About Me
Assalamwa’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

Bismillah
Everyone seeks their purpose in life and most spend their whole life searching while missing all the great signs. It wasn’t easy growing up the way I did, but at last, I discovered the beauty in creation even in the least beautiful places. Alhamdulillah, despite all the growing pains and existential crises, Allah guided me to this belief that I was sent here to worship Him and only Him, perfect my deen and to exist in the way Allah intended. In one word I would describe myself as Loving. I like to show up for those I love, be attentive and listen, and I express my love through care and affection. I could not bear the pain of others and I try to minimize it. I’m very feminine but also have a quirky side to me. I’m very emotional but I cannot be mad for more than 5 minutes.

My parents are my role models—if I’ve ever experienced sincere partnership and loyalty, it was through them. As long as I could remember, I’ve witnessed them demonstrate their commitment, sacrifice, and undying support every single day of their marriage. My parents raised me and my two sisters with caution, and instilled core values and principles since day one. I Imagine one day I could embody what I’ve learned from my own mother, and share the best kind of love that I know with my spouse.

As I take on my 30th year, I hope to find a loving, righteous and kind gentleman who is likeminded and is also seeking someone like me to compliment their life. I was born in New York and raised in modern times. Unlike most New Yorkers I never felt really at home. Throughout my life I felt like I didn’t belong and that I would thrive better in an old cottage on a prairie a century or so ago. A girl can dream.

What I Am Looking For
The top three qualities I look for are piety, integrity, and physical/mental strength. And Beards are my weakness. I intensely and very passionately love Allah and Rasoolallah saw so I expect the same from him.
