A Little Bit About Me
Kind-hearted, loyal and grateful for the life Allah has blessed me with. Alhamdulillah, I have a wonderful family, amazing friends and a career I love. Now, it feels like the right time to find someone sincere to share the next chapter with, In Shaa Allah.
I currently work as a Deputy Headteacher and have spent 20 years in teaching, feels like I never left education! Patience, compassion and respect are values lived every day — both in and out of work.I believe in good intentions,lifelong learning and wanting for others what you want for yourself.
Faith is central to my life. I try to grow steadily and consistently — prioritising the basics like salah and fasting. I wear a headscarf with modest Western clothing, and I follow what aligns with Islam rather than cultural expectations(so no milads, or khatams for me).I’ve been blessed to perform Umrah multiple times and Hajj in 2018, Alhamdulillah, and I hope to continue improving in my deen.
Outside of work,I love spending time with family and close friends.Strong family bonds and mutual respect between families are deeply important to me.
I was briefly married 11 years ago (Qadr Allah) and I’m happy to share more privately if needed.
