A Little Bit About Me
About me..., I am learning something new about Islam everyday. I was not very practicing in the past, now I can't stop seeing the beauty in every aspect of Islam I discover.
I am learning Islam from the basic correct source. I attend Tajweed and Fus’ha Arabic speaking and writing classes (level 1) at Green Lane Masjid alhamdullilah it’s going well. I would love for Arabic to be taught at home In’sha Allah if I were to have children. I want someone who is passionate about Islam as I am and wanting to understand, question, learn and embrace Islam in its entirety with me. LEARN with me, grow with me.
I am a down to earth person, who loves to laugh and smile. Very family orientated, loyal, and affectionate. I appreciate the small things in life, I dress modestly and observe the correct way of wearing a hijab. I think probabilistically, I'm analytical and like numbers, words and quotes. I am a strong believer is sharing duties as a married couple such as bills, household duties, raising the children, Islamic education, financially, I’m happy to be a home maker after marriage or work depending what my future husband deems fit for our marriage.
I have a good mix between Western and Asian culture, and balance the two well. I do not follow backwards cultural views, nor do I dictate how others should lead their life. I have so much to learn and I wish to find someone who is also learning or looking to learn with someone, as a team and create a strong bond.
I am:
• Introverted, mild case of OCD, genuine, I don't do complicated. I'm reserved, private/shy, protective.
• I enjoy learning and experiencing new cultures and visiting new places.
• I can be animated with a bright disposition.
• Spontaneous, a dreamer and sometimes completely ridiculous.
• I am an intuitive person, pragmatic, think probabalistically, witty, and a tease but all in good jest.
• Mature, I know when to be reflective and/or serious.
• I am a deep thinker, I find learning and knowledge enlightening and this allows me to live consciously.
• I enjoy good company but I also prefer personal space and leisure time.
• I don't do text speak, I find it very unattractive.
What I like to do:
• I like to do as much charitable work as possible, from donating blood, volunteering, fund raising.
• I enjoy arts and crafts, DIY, gardening as I find it therapeutic. I enjoy cooking, taking long walks in countrysides, scenic routes are a must. Or the simple satisfaction of sitting on a park bench, coffee shop and watching the world go by.
• I enjoy reading... A lot, sometimes more than is deemed healthy. I love words, great quotes from inspirational leaders, books, movies etc
• I read a variety of books and genres from, Islamic, politics, medical science, history, world affairs, politics, sci-fi, mythology, period books to Japanese manga.
• In regards to my faith I am on a journey, I am reconnecting with my faith and discovering it's beauty and complexity.

What I Am Looking For
***I don't discrimate, I don't adhere to caste system or any other nonsense.
I am very open to my future partner being of any ethnicity, race, revert or not. If you are divorced or have a child, I will not judge, I have enough love to love you and everything about you and what is yours. (My family know my views about this, so I have their blessing).
What I'm looking for in a partner in’sha Allah:
Must be PRACTICING, pray SALAH and have a basic understanding of our beautiful religion In’Sha Allah.
• Someone who values trust and honesty from the forefront and inshallah it should pave the way for a successful future relationship.
• Someone with a vision, a bucket list of things I wish to do, which I want to share with the right person. I want to share in YOUR hopes, dreams and ambitions and ignite your passion to pursue such pursuits.
• Strong faith in Islam and its teachings, good sense of humour, geeky, not fixed on cultural views, quirky, shy, spontaneous, romantic, we are half way there to compatibility. I find such qualities attractive.
