Assalamu’alaikum :)

I’m a warm and friendly Muslimah with a down-to-earth, fun loving personality and a zest for life.

I have traditional values and morals combined with a modern, independent outlook. I’d like to work as a team with my future husband to create a passionate and loving marriage based on Islamic foundations in sha Allah.

Alhumdulillah I’m well educated, articulate and have a successful professional career. However, my focus is very much on improving myself in deen, establishing a peaceful family life with my partner and finding love and happiness in sha Allah.

Islam is the foundation for my life.

I don’t like excessive materialism and arrogance but do believe in hard work and having goals and ambition.

My interests include films, theatre and live comedy, charity fundraising (just climbed to the summit of Ben Nevis in June 2021 for charity Alhumdulillah which was an exhilarating experience), attending regular Islamic classes and talks, holidays, literature and politics and current affairs.

I believe in enjoying life to the full whilst being mindful of Islamic boundaries.

I enjoy banter and witty repartee but also like conversations with depth.

What I Am Looking For
I’m looking for an educated, professional, practicing British Muslim with a warm personality, an independent outlook coupled with traditional values, and who tries their best to pray the five daily salah.

Someone who wants a tranquil family life, is a bit of a foodie and enjoys travel.

I would like to be with someone who is relaxed, easy-going and fun to be around.

I’d like to avoid unnecessary drama (save that for Bollywood films 🤣) as I view marriage as being on the same team and having each other’s back.

It would be nice to be with someone who enjoys staying in with Netflix and take-out and a good conversation with each other but also enjoys socialising sometimes and has a soul with a spirit of adventure.
