A Little Bit About Me
I love of Allah Ta'ala, my love of Prophet Muhammad (sallahu alaihi wassalam) and I have staunch political perspective of being a person of African/Aboriginal Moorish descent is very important to me. I took my shahadah at the age of 16, but I really came to learn Al-Islaam proper beginning in 2002, Masha'Allah.

I am at a stage of my life where living this diyn, yet being yourself is important to me. I am college-educated (I do have a Master's degree), but I am also from the streets, so I know game, so don't think because you may have a pretty face that I am a gullible one. No ma'am! Firstly, if you're not in hijab, I am not interested (why do you think I got a divorce?). Secondly, if you're not familiar with the Black experience in Americas or the Caribbean, or at least looking to learn about it, don't bother. Third: if you're not familiar with African Islamic history & traditions, or at least looking to learn about it, don't bother.

This is who I am - spiritual, cultural, political, and health conscious. I do not eat meat of any kind, but I currently do consume fish. I am looking to move towards a vegetarian diet after Ramadan, Insha'Allah. Also, I recently started going back to the gym, and I am looking to go back in to the dojo and practice martial arts once again.
