A Little Bit About Me
I'm driven and focused but laid back. Family and friends are very important to me. I like to be balanced, I take life somewhat seriously but not overly. I like reading, learning about religion, going to the gym, playing basketball, and hanging out with friends and family. I'm religious, I pray 5x a day, I don't smoke or drink and I don't go out. I believe ALLAH SWT is the key to all success. I'm easy to talk to, fun to be around, and am considerate. ALLAH SWT has blessed me with a great family and all I could ask for. I believe success is nice here and you must work hard to get it, but the real focus and success is the hereafter. I think its important to be a good Muslim, to represent Islam well, to give to the poor, and to volunteer in our communities. Though I don't always do all these things I have recently started and try to stay active. I have three brothers, I'm the middle child. And yes, I've middle child syndrome... I'm the most laid back and fun to be around! I believe marriage is a compromise, a give and take, and believe that each person completes the other. To me a good husband is one that understands his wife's needs, communicates with her, cares for her, provides for her, and makes her feel safe. He's honest, hard working, and decisive. The best example of this is prophet Muhammed (SAW), he was firm but kind and the best to his wives. I try to learn about how he was as a husband so I can be a good one inshallah.

What I Am Looking For
I'm looking for someone who's balanced; mature but with a sense of humor, likes to have fun, and has a positive outlook on life, that's very important to me. Someone who likes to give but also likes to receive and appreciates when others do things for her. Someone who's respectful and respectable, who isn't afraid to say what she's thinking but is tactful when she says it. Someone who has goals in life; they could either be succeeding professionally, succeeding religiously, or succeeding in raising a family. In my eyes these are all honorable goals and I'm fine with all of them. I would like someone that wants to work but not someone who wants to work all the time. Someone who realizes that happiness in life comes from a happy family and a happy marriage and not from tons of wealth. Someone who's honest, caring, religious, kind to others, and strives to be a good person. Looks are important to me but not overly important. I think if you are attracted to a person because of their qualities and character, over time, they become more attractive to you. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The most important thing to me is that I get along with the person. While age and beauty are important, they are not the end all and be all for me.
