A Little Bit About Me
Born in New York, living in Trenton. I have spent 4 years learning about Islam sense converting and I want to find that righteous sister to love, and be kind to. I just started my own business selling motorcycles and I do maintainance work. I have spent much time to learning my Deen and Insha Allah I've been guided well. Most are shocked about how much I have learned in this short period but I remind them that Hikmah is granted by Allah to whom he wills, when he wills. I love to cook and I do not think that house work is a woman's job, I believe that Islam teaches us that being kind and loving to our wives is a obligation in Islam which many men forget or don't learn.
Kind treatment. The husband must have a good attitude towards his wife and be kind to her, and offer her everything that may soften her heart towards him, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

?and live with them honourably? [al-Nisaa? 4:19]

?And they (women) have rights (over their husbands as regards living expenses) similar (to those of their husbands) over them (as regards obedience and respect) to what is reasonable? [al-Baqarah 2:228]
It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: ?The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ?Be kind to women.??(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3153; Muslim, 1468).

It was narrated that ?Urwah ibn al-Zubayr said: ? ?Aa?ishah said: ?By Allaah, I saw the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) standing at the door of my apartment when the Abyssinians were playing with their spears in the Mosque of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He covered me with his cloak so that I could watch their games, then he stood there for my sake until I was the one who had had enough. So you should appreciate the fact that young girls like to have fun.?? (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 443; Muslim, 892)

What I Am Looking For
A sister who loves life and knows how to respect herself and her husband and to understand the roles in a islamic marriage. She should love Allah above all. She should have no problem with covering. They will not enter Paradise and will not even smell its fragrance, although its fragrance can be detected from such and such a distance.?

A woman [or a man] should not try to comprehend Islamic rulings with her reason ? which is unable to encompass the wisdom of sharee?ah. She should know that whatever Allaah has enjoined upon her contains nothing but goodness and happiness for her, her family and society as a whole. It is known that a woman?s uncovering her hair makes her more attractive to men, which could lead to them forming hopes about her and committing immoral actions. Islam wants society to be clean, with no provocation of desires, outrage or uncovering of women?s charms ? which include their hair ? which can lead to others being tempted by her and which opens the door to evil and its people. I want my wife to know she is always safe with me and I would give my life for her, insha allah.
