A Little Bit About Me
I am a practising moderate Sunni Bengali Muslima. I always keep halal and do my salah, its the one thing that keeps me grounded and at peace. I am friendly, easy going, I dont really take myself seriously and i am a bit of a dork, enjoy having a laugh and banter with others.

I love reading books when i get time, travelling, watching movies and playing sports. I work hard and play harder - when I say play harder I mean in the halal way doing the above, having fun and forgetting about the stresses of life, living and being happy and making those around me happy. Recently my friend and i started inside rock climbing, its a great stress buster and so much fun, i enjoy trying out new things and like to keep fit and healthy and regularly go to the gym, swimming, pilates the usual blah :-)

I am close to my family and love spending time with them. I can cook but not that great tbh sometimes it comes out amazing and other times exact same dish is a disaster lol, something i need to work on... , im organised, tidy and Independent. I have a creative side and love arts and crafts. Currently exploring the world of photography.

What I Am Looking For
In terms of looking for a partner, I hope to find someone who is Muslim and of Bangladeshi background, my family wouldnt allow any other background; preference would be someone close to home within the Greater London or Southern area.

I am looking for someone with moderate Muslim values, someone who is kind, caring, understanding and patient. Is honest and has integrity, someone with strong moral grounding, faith in Islam and is able to stand up against wrongs rather than being a coward and turning a blind eye to it.

Marriage to me is a special relationship, something that takes a life time to build, its not an instant happy family - it takes patience, understanding, a willingness support one and other for better or worse. Its where both husband and wife work together - not a relationship where one does all the hard work and the other does jack. Also a willingness to build a strong bond not only with your partner but also your partners family. Im not interested in those who are only concerned for themselves and completely blinded by their own selfishness.

I want harmony in my life with my future partner and know that its takes hard work to build this - to be by my side holding my hand not 2 steps behind or 2 in front. It may sound like a tall order, may be it is, but i know whats its like to be unhappy and know whats its like to be happy - to make your own happiness. I wont settle for any less.

I am ready settle with that perfect someone, I know I have gone all serious but to me marriage is serious commitment something not to be taken lightly.
