I’m British born and bred in Manchester, proud Mancunian. I am a locum Optometrist working full time. I enjoy baking and spending time with family.

Life has not been easy but Alhamdulillah I have always come out stronger. I have now been divorced 6 years and I have been blessed with an amazing son (if you have any questions on this, I am happy to answer).

My family describe me as “the boss” of the family. I like to lead the pack lol. I can get a little bossy, but think that’s just me making up for my height lol. On a serious note, I do always see the glass half full, when times are hard you always need to remember that Allah swt has something better planned. Sabr and prayers will give you great results. Alhamdulillah I feel my Imaan is pretty strong.

I love kids and pizza, can eat them both lol. Just kidding. kids are a huge blessing from Allah swt. And all kids deserve love and affection. InshaAllah I do want more kids of my own but also in the future I do plan on adopting/fostering.
