A Little Bit About Me
I am a convert (revert) I came to Islam through the path of Sufism and I enjoy practicing Islamic Sufism. I pray regularly and follow the 5 pillars, but I am also pretty laid back about most things. I like to play guitar and write songs.

I myself am a convert for about 7 years now. I do pray 5 times a day regularly and I enjoy learning to recite Quran. I do consider myself to be perhaps more spiritual than religious. I am interested in having a relationship with God, not just learning to follow His orders. So I would say given my eclectic spiritual background which includes buddhism, yoga, etc that I have a pretty open mind and a broad perspective on Islam and spirituality in general.

I am looking for someone who can embrace that and inshallah share that with me. Someone who can stay true to Islamic principles but at the same time see the Truth of God wherever it may be. I am interested in personal development and emotional/spiritual healing work. I am interested in becoming the best version of myself that I can be, and I am looking for a woman who shares the commitment to grow together with and help her to become her best self.
