A Little Bit About Me
I am a moderate person with a simplistic view of life in general. I believe in honesty, trust, respect and sharing when it comes to dealing with people. I am not here to spend weeks and months to 'get to know' people. I don't believe in a long list of 'what I want from my partner' rather what I can bring to the relationship. I think good relationships are built when people are honest in who they are, respect other's ideals and are not judgmental, and look at the bright side of other person's personality instead of finding things that are not common among each other. I have been brought up in an educated, moderate Muslim family and looking for same. I am an easy going person, like music, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family. Trying out new restaurant and enjoy going out. We are an educated, moderate progressive Sunni Punjabi family; most of my family in Pak served in the armed forces and the rest in the US are doctors. The new generation including my self opted for roads less traveled such and engineering, banking, law etc. My father is retired after a long career in Pak army and later in civil aviation. My mother is an English lecturer and keeps her self busy in education sector. My older sister and brother in law are bankers, settled in London. My older brother and sister in law are settled in Chicago, both working in technology industry. All in all, we are a simple, caring, and well knit family.
