A Little Bit About Me
it's so easy to shut down, give up, and stop believing that the right person is out there for me. My hearts yearn to fall in love, but my minds insist it's not possible, and we enter into a tug-of-war with ourselves. It's as if one part of my is screaming, Yes! I deserve a great relationship! while another part insists, I'll never find her. When my beliefs contradict our desires, I have experience an inner conflict that not only paralyzes my beetle but can actually prevent me from recognizing the possibilities for love that exist all around.
When you begin to touch your heart or let your heart be touched, you begin to discover that it's bottomless. Thus, its being said you've found your soul mate.
My view on marriage :
Most people get married believing a myth that marriage is a beautiful box full of all the things they have longed for: companionship, intimacy, friendship, etc. The truth is that marriage at the start is an empty box. You must put something in before you can take anything out. There is no love in marriage. Love is in people. And people put love in marriage. There is no romance in marriage. You have to infuse it into your marriage. A couple must learn the art and form the habit of giving, loving, serving, praising keeping the box full. If you take out more than you put in, the box will be empty.
What I Am Looking For
Someone that can carry an intellectual conversation and teach me new things. I'm down to earth, honest, romantic, loyal, values family, career driven, enjoys cooking, goal oriented, and have a great sense of humour. I'm looking for someone that's going to be real with me from day one because I am nothing but real.
