A Little Bit About Me
Assalamu Alaikum,

I consider myself a kind, determined, generous and a well rounded individual. I am a caring person as you will read below. I can be a hard working person when the demand arises and I use faith as a guiding light in life.

Education wise, I have earned a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology. It is something I am very pleased to have obtained as it matured me in ways I otherwise may not have.

As my father was very ill, I was not working for some time and I took care of him as a caregiver. Also his illness coincided when my younger sibling was at university. As my father has now passed away, I am looking to return to work.

My hobbies include gardening, long walks through scenic areas in town, watch movies on streaming services and reading. With the spare time I have I read from genres such as general fiction, self-help and computers. At this point in my life I find it to be a relaxing hobby to have rediscovered, especially when I was taking care of my father when he was ill.

Religiously, I pray, read Quran daily and I have completed my Hajj a few years ago. I also read religious books and I am acquainted with hadith books. I am also reading a version of the English Quran when not reading other books to improve my understanding of deen.

(I should also mention I had depression which is now taken care of with medications and now I feel amazing. I am now in a better spot in life.)
