How do I cancel my Gold membership?

Desktop:
To cancel Gold Membership, log in to Single Muslim, go to 'Settings' and click on the 'Memberships' tab. You will then need to click on the active membership package followed by the 'Cancel Membership' button. You will be given a confirmation end-date for your subscription that you will need to confirm by clicking on 'Cancel Membership'. Please note that we require 28 days cancellation notification to cancel all our auto renewal policies.

Once cancelled, you will still be able to use the membership until its expiry date.

Alternatively, you can log in to the App Store on your device and cancel the subscription from there. To do this, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the 'App Store' on your device
2. On the next screen click on the circular image icon in the top right corner
3. Now click on your name (should also show your email address)
4. Scroll down on the next screen and click on 'Subscriptions'
5. You now need to find the Single Muslim subscription and click on cancel

Once cancelled, you will still be able to use the membership until its expiry date.
