A Little Bit About Me
Basic things are listed in the boxes below...

In my spare time, I help organise major Islamic events or assist in dawah work in whichever way I can. I love travelling and try to go abroad at least every year. I have seen a fair bit of the world alhamdulillah and wish to travel a lot more hoping to complete the world one day inshaAllah. Due to my work in dawah outside normal working life, occasionally I do have to travel within the UK and abroad.

I would like to work abroad sometime in the future if the opportunity arises ideally in the middle east but would be open to other countries.

I do not listen to music or celebrate mawlid or anything of that sort. Nor do I celebrate birthdays.
In the past number of years, I've been studying the Hanbali madhab so I usually use that as a Fiqh basis as I have studied this whereas my family typically comes from a Hanafi madhab. I respect all madaahib and their differences.

I do come from a traditional/cultural family but it doesn't take precedence over religion.

What I Am Looking For
Someone who is open-minded to relocating if the opportunity were to arise.

Someone who prays 5 times a day. I would prefer someone who wears the hijab or would be open to wearing one. I would fully support someone who wears the niqab.

I'm open to other cultures but I would ask that you show interest in adopting some cultural norms in family gatherings. I would like to raise my children in a bi-lingual household and if you have a different language you would also like to incorporate I would be happy to have a multilingual home.

Someone who will respect my children when they visit me and understand that they are a crucial part of my life.
