A Little Bit About Me
Its hard to describe myself but i will try, I am a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer I am so passionate in keeping fit and helping people to lose the weight, but i dont follow any diet, i eat what ever and i train 2 hours a day at the gym monday to friday. I love walking,HIIT AND HIRT which stand for high interval resistance training, also surfing the internet. Also I love listening to lots of musics including bhangra and indian songs. Also i recite quran sarif every morning which I have been doing for a long time. I dont have any physical disabilities but do have a slight speech problem but not much,
