A Little Bit About Me
A simple banker with a good family background. Loves to read and write. The profiles here make an interesting reading. Period. Many have written essays on themselves. And if all are to be believed, then the world is full of wonderful people! But we all are humans, and no person is perfect. We all have our flaws, yet we think that we are the best and no one matches up to our standard. But to make a relationship or marriage work, we all need to make a little compromises and adjustments. Even in a family, two people might think and act differently, but we all live under one roof. As parent-child, brother-sister relationships are meant to be and since we are bond by birth, we make it work somehow inspite of differences. My Dad taught us an important lesson as a child - When two people disagree, they should 'agree to disagree'. This philosophy helps us to respect our friends, colleagues, family members and respect their opinions. So also, two opposites can 'click' together while we miss the 'right one' while looking for similarities.

I believe that modesty n humility are good qualities and reflects through what you write about yourself. Seriously speaking, those who add lot of lovely adjectives about them and list their wonderful qualities scare me. Qualities cannot be listed, it is for others to see in us. I'd kept my profile description little earlier, but reading so many profiles and having a penchant for writing myself (interests in writing include social issues, humour and Islamic... check myjourney-shagufta on blogger), I am letting myself go.

Funniest thing is one may not have a single picture on their own profile, but would want to see that one picture kept in Private Gallery of another, though 4 are on viewable, without even sending a formal message with details of themselves. Request a courtesy message from you before making requests.

Many on matrimonial sites seem to be here for fun. But do not realise the importance of time for those seriously on the site. We are here because many of us are working professionals and / or due to fate have not found our life partners. A few people, insist on yahoo ID and start talking rubbish once they have the messenger access. Please do not contact me if you are not serious about marriage and here for fun.
