A Little Bit About Me
Salaam & Hi.
Thank you for stopping by to view my profile. I am a single parent leading a simple lifestyle. My religion is important to me and I am striving to become a better muslim, but I do not impose my views on others and do not expect my future wife to be at any particular level. Everyone is on their own journey to connect with their Creater and I can not help anyone make that connection, but it would also be nice to pray and learn together from time to time. I do not judge people based on how much they pray, how they dress and how many Islamic lectures they attend, as these things doesn't necesssarily define a person's character or personality. We all have flaws as human beings, but Honesty and Moral conduct is at the heart of religion and if these vital ingredients are missing then only Allah knows how practising we really are and how pure our heart is. In addition to this serious side to me, I do actually have a very good sense of humour..( but I am no joker by any means).
Appearance wise, as you can see, alhamdulillah, I am tall and handsome, of slim build with a light brown complextion and black hair (well with a few greys here and there which you may not be able to see..lol).
I enjoy going to the gym, watching programmes on current affairs, islamic subjects, documentaries, natural world, history and movies. I also enjoy long walks and fishing. I have the intention to go for Umrah at some point in the near future, ideally with my future spouse.
What I Am Looking For
I am looking to meet someone to get to know them for marriage purpose only. My ideal partner :-
Must be attractive to my eyes, of slim to medium build, light brown (weatish) to fair complextion. Yes our physical looks will fade with time and is fading, but that doesn't make it any less important. It is essential for me to feel that initial attraction, or the "click' to pursue communication like most people. Personality wise, my future wife maybe totally different from me.. as opposites also attract and I get along with all personality types.
Sometimes, we may make certain assumptions about things due to a person's circumstances or cultural background. So, for this reason, I just need to clarify that my future wife will be completely free to live her personal life as she wishes inshallah (e.g. work, study, or even climb mountains - if she is into that kind of stuff (lol). I would not insist that she follows any cultural norms and nor do I believe in imposing any restrictions, as I strongly believe that there has to be strong mutual trust, freedom, personal space and respect between husband and wife (in addition to immense love and affection). And finally, I am not looking for a child minder, cleaner or cook..so just relax..lol. Times have moved on and not all Bengali familiy structure and way of life is the same. So please do not assume anything.. just feel free to ask any question if you wish to find out more.
I wish you all the best with your search. And remember, Allah's love is far greater than our disappointments! and His plans for our lives are far greater than our dreams.. so regardless of the challenges we face in life, there is absolutely no valid reason to stop smiling 😊!. Ma' Salama.
