Im british born Pakistani, educated, currently living in West Yorkshire. Yes I am divorced many many years ago…and yes it’s a long story. If age and divorce is a deal breaker gents then please move on to the next profile….
Naturally it’s taken time to get back on track…I guess I was not in a rush to get married again until now. I don’t necessary move in Asian circles, hence its important to connect with a muslim of faith to marry. I firmly believe that destiny does dictate ones journey. Cliché as it sounds patience is a virtue, im humble, resilient, genuine and im positive about the next chapter of my life and believe the best is yet to come!!!!!
I strongly believe that what is “true” will always endure. Im serious in searching for a life partner who is able to stand the tests of time and begin a new journey encompassing marriage and everything beautiful it has to offer.
So without prejudice Id like to say having sifted through some of the profiles on here, its fairly obvious people are on here for there own means. Im not on this site to have random communications, find friends, dating or play games. Im pretty much transparent and honest Id like to be very much part of success story on single muslim of actually getting married!!! So there has to be someone with my mind set out there!!!!!! Those who know me consider to be calm, compassionate ,kind, caring, loving, open minded and non judgemental. I maintain a uncomplicated modern approach to life and incorporate Islam within this, I’m always striving for self improvement.
Family’
Not going to harp on about this my family and friends are all supportive. All siblings are UK based, married, working and there are lots of nieces/nephews to spoil. I don’t have extended family in the UK.
My family are forward thinking and non interfering loving and caring. They are aware Im on the site, so please bear this in mind as to how genuine I am. So obviously I am looking for a strong, positive, committed soul who can stand by his convictions and make thing happen. My philosophy in life is to keep things simple.
Work/Travel/culture
Im self sufficient, independent, work within health care, definitely work to live not the other way round!!!!!!!!!!! Im fortunate enough to have travelled to a lot of beautiful places in the world.. and still want to do more with future partner…
Im culturally aware, but certainly not a follower of any man made traditions, especially in the muslim world. Prefer to embrace my own enlightened approach on life..ha ha it normally works. Im not one for shopping unless of course im overseas in a underground bazaar or market which I can just get lost in. I loathe consumerism, materialism and would never be a slave to fashion or follow Bollywood, Hollywood or celebrity culture like most people do these days.
Interests
Art/design, healthy living, keeping fit, yoga, walking, rowing , Zumba, travel of course (Anywhere steeped in history and warm) philosophy, poetry, astrology (love star gazing) World politics (who controls who) Noam chomsky, national geographic news, reading , chilled music, country side life, mediatation, spirituality, spending time with family/friends. What I Am Looking For
Criteria
Gentlemen please read carefully……………… this is not mission impossible…………
Im not looking for James bond or Clooney…don’t have a long list of prerequisites apart from the obvious, Uk born, profile with photo visible, age close to mine give or take a few years, no overseas interests and someone who has a uncomplicated approach to life and is ready to take the next step.
If you appreciate that the past is the past and have an understanding the future is waiting for you, and have the belief in positivity, love, faith and happiness. (Faith is personal and I am non-judgemental, we are all on different paths however doesn’t matter where you are as long as you understands the basics in view to grow in the future).
Im simply looking for the one person who can read between the lines and can resonate with what I have written. If you have depth and substance to your character, you are mature, calm, maintain a good moral compass, have a degree of humility and humbleness, can see the lighter side of life, laugh at yourself… be realistic, open minded, build a beautiful simple marriage, perhaps you may be divorced or a revert and are looking to start over..then it would be lovely to hear from you.
